NEER™ is a special frozen yeast for direct inoculation, developed for the production of non-alcoholic beer (<0.5% v/v) or low-alcohol beer. The solution enables the production of beer with an authentic flavour profile, featuring well-defined fruity and hop notes, without requiring additional equipment investments.
